Sea otter raft – Image 2037

Sea otters float at attention watching my boat slowly drift toward them. I was on assignment shooting photos for my newest book on Glacier Bay National Park when I came upon these otters across Icy Strait from the park’s entrance. I shot the photo using a Nikon F/5 camera body with a 300mm f/4 lens on Velvia film pushed one stop to ASA 100.
