Paintbrush and Beach Pea, Glacier Bay National Park, Alaska – Image 2720

I like the contrast of the two yellow flowers of paintbrush blooming through a large field of green and purple beach pea. Photographically, images are usually successful when you can set up a visual pattern which gets broken by one or two contrasting elements.
