North American Nature Photographers Association Photo Contest: Top Tier Image – Image 2856

Every other year, I enter select images into the North American Nature Photography Association’s (NANPA) Showcase competition. 2,400 Images were submitted for the 2013 competition. Winning images are divided into three Tiers and appear in NANPA’s annual publication, “Expressions” (page 7 shown here). My image “Levitating Leviathan” placed in the Top Ten (Tier 1), three other images placed in Tier 2, and one image placed in Tier 3. Images from Tiers 1 and 2 appear as the “Image of the Day” on NANPA’s website home page at www.nanpa.org
