Kayaking, Berners Bay, Alaska – Image 2533

Berners Bay is one of my favorite places to visit either by kayak or skiff. As of now the area is not road accessible and because of the lack of road access, the bay remains mostly wild. The State has plans to build a road along the shore of Berners Bay which would change the bay in ways I would hate to see, and I hope that the road is never built.
