This sunrise/moonset was an amazing morning. At this time of the year, it rains a lot in Juneau and when the skies clear in the evenings, the mornings are often foggy. When there is a clear night, I almost always wake up early looking for a fog-shrouded scene. This image is taken from Mountainside Estates overlooking the airport lights, the Chilkat Mountains and the setting moon at sunrise.
