Icebergs, Tracy Arm-Fords Terror Wilderness – Image 2417

I shot this photo while on assignment for West Tours. The company’s small cruise ship put us out in inflatables, and we drove around the icebergs in front of the South Sawyer Glacier. Tracy Arm has some of the bluest icebergs I have ever seen. This photo shows the variety and the intensity of the blue bergs. This photo illustrates the month of February in my 2006 Southeast Alaska Calendar and page 18 in book on Tracy Arm.Camera: Nikon F5, Lens: 20-35mm f/2.8 Nikkor (polarized), Film: 35mm Velvia (35mm color slide film).-Mark Kelley
