Every spring for the past couple of years, my family has spent my wife’s birthday at our friend’s lodge at Funter Bay. The owners, Joe, Karey and Christine, are good friends. Every year the days are spent watching bears, deer and eagles from the deck and fishing for cutthroat, king salmon and dollies. The main guest house is pictured.
