Downtown, Juneau, Alaska – Image 2855

This is the view from my home on the top of Starr Hill. I think it is one of the beautiful views I can image of any city and am lucky to wake up every morning taking all of this in. This winter has been wet and warm at sea level. Eaglecrest, the local ski area, which up in the mountains is getting good coverage and skiing has been a lot of fun. The top has 135 inches (11 feet) of all natural snow and the base depth is at 35 inches (three feet) of all natural snow. Thank you for visiting.
