Alaska is known for its abundance of puffins, and we have both tufted and horned puffins. These birds are harder to find than one can imagine. Along Alaska’s Inside Passage the best places for visiting with these clown-faced birds are Glacier Bay National Park and the islands on the outside coast near Sitka.
