Patagonia Catalog: Bitter Cold – Image 2747

Oct 1, 2013

This two-page spread out of the Patagonia catalog “Bitter Cold” features my image of my son, Gabe, under the Mendenhall Glacier. This is my first image ever published in a Patagonia catalog. I use to submit photos regularly about 15 to 20 years ago but stopped when life with kids, family and business got too busy. They bought another photo of mine back then that was use as an ad in the Japanese market only so it never made a catalog. This catalog came out some time last week and boy did I receive a lot of positive acknowledgements. I must have had a dozen or more phone calls and handshakes from people telling how much they enjoyed the photo, and how fun it was I was published in Patagonia. All I know is that the Patagonia catalog is well read in my group of friends. I just wanted to share a little success. Enjoy the photo and thanks for visiting.
