Moosehead Lake, Juneau, Alaska #3360

Sep 22, 2020

Yesterday I posted a wide image of Moosehead Lake that we are using as our new Facebook banner. Today’s image is a variation on the same theme. During that same shoot, I used a different lens setting and got a whole new image. It is not very often I can get what I call a twofer: two images shot during the same shoot that I feel are good enough for a social media image and possibly as a calendar image. I plan on running my four best images taken this past week, and one at a time over the next few days. This image was taken of Moosehead Lake in Dredge Lakes in the Mendenhall Glacier Recreation Area on 9-14-2020. This lake is one of my go-to spots to photograph fall colors. Enjoy and thank you for visiting. Be well – Camera: #Nikon #D850, Lens: #Nikkor 24-70mm, Digital Capture, Polarized, Handheld ©Mark Kelley
