I took this photo of the setting full moon from the Lena Beach Picnic Site this Monday morning. Lena Cove is one of the best sites in Juneau, Alaska, to photograph the setting moon in winter and it’s one of my favorite spots to shoot the sunsets in the summer. The Forest Service recently renovated the site with much needed upgraded infrastructure. Thank you for visiting and for the gift of your time.
