Harbor Seal, Tracy Arm, Alaska #3402

Jul 2, 2021

Last week I spent a day in Tracy Arm onboard the Captain Cook and photographed this harbor seal limbering up to do some iceberg yoga. As I age, I appreciate any living creature that has a backbone as flexible as a wet noodle. Have you ever wondered how a seal crawls up on an iceberg? Check out its long sharp claws which are the perfect instrument for climbing up a slippery iceberg slope. Enjoy and thank you for visiting.
