Aurora, Brooks Range, Alaska #3052

In March I spent three days on a northern lights shoot in Wiseman, Alaska, located on the Dalton Highway about 63 miles north of the Arctic Circle. What I like about this location are the mostly treeless mountains blanketed in snow. Everything is so pristine white, and once you add the northern lights streaming overhead, a successful image just screams wild Arctic Alaska.
