OH WHAT A BEAUTIFUL MORNING… A beautiful fall morning in Juneau welcomed my wife, Jan, and I back after biking, hiking, and railroading our way around Austria, France, Italy, and Germany for the past month. We had a wonderful adventure, but to quote Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz, “There’s no place like home.” We are enjoying this outstanding day because it looks like the traditional cold and wet days of fall in Southeast Alaska are predicted for the upcoming week.
