I am re-running a photo that appears in my 2011 Juneau Alaska Calendar of bubble-net feeding whales. In December, I got good news that it received an honorable mention in the 2010 National Wildlife Magazine’s Photo Contest. I entered it in the category called “Connecting People with Nature,Professional”. There were over 50,000 images entered, and the image should be appearing on their website some time in the not so distant future. Enjoy the photo and thanks for visiting.
