Tufted Puffin, St Paul-Pribilof Islands, Alaska #3012

Jul 3, 2017

My wife Jan and I and just returned from a five-day stay on St. Paul Island in the Pribilofs. The bird life on this island lived up to all of my expectations. I was so close to this wild puffin and was able to take full frame headshots. The bird cliffs are really windy and I love the wind-blown tufts swirling around this puffin’s head. Thank you for visiting. Have a great 4th of July.
