Description
“Juneau Aurora” – Photo Art Print P223
The northern lights, or Aurora Borealis, rain over downtown Juneau, Mount Juneau, and Gastineau Channel in Alaska. The scientific name for the northern lights is Aurora Borealis. Bursts of electrically charged particles streaming off the sun, called solar winds, strike the earth’s upper atmosphere creating these curtains of light. The most common shades range from pale to yellowish green, but they may be vivid green, purple, or red.
Mark Kelley Photography created this print for you using only top of the line inks and paper that have been independently tested for archival quality and color brilliance. Like any artwork, your print should not be exposed to direct sunlight. We recommend that you have your print professionally framed using archival materials to assure yourself a lifetime of appreciation. All matted prints fit standard frame sizes.
