“Bear Cubs” – Photo Art Print P222
“A mother bear will shoo her cubs up into a tree while she goes fishing in Anan Creek. I return to Anan Creek as often as I can and many of my favorite bear shots are from Anan.”
Two black bear cubs lounge in a spruce tree at Anan Creek Bear Observatory. The bear viewing platform is one of the best places in Southeast Alaska (just outside the town of Wrangell) to view both black bears and brown bears close-up and is run by the US Forest Service. Permits are required to visit the bear observatory.
