Picture Window Perfection-Juneau, Alaska #2999)

Apr 11, 2017

I had planned to shoot the setting full moon at 5:30 AM this morning so got up pretty early. Lo and behold, as I walked out into my living room there was the moon setting right through our picture windows. I quickly walked down to the beach to shoot this image of the moon above the Chilkat Mountains with the sea gulls conveniently crossing through my frame.  We are blessed to be living in a land of such beauty here in Juneau, Alaska. Enjoy the photo and thank you for visiting. Camera: Nikon D800, Lens: Nikkor 70-200mm, ISO 400, digital capture ©Mark Kelley
