The Juneau 2015 summer tourist season comes to an end this Thursday, September 24th, with the final arrival of the Holland America ship the Oosterdam. The Mendenhall Glacier is Juneau’s number one tourist attraction, and one of the most visited spots at the glacier is Nugget Falls. I love it photographically when I can get what I call a “twofer”, an image containing two or more great subjects within one photo. Also, I like to layer my photos with two or more subjects of interest, which gives the image more depth. This photo illustrates the month of June in my 2016 Alaska calendar. Thanks for visiting.
