Mark just got news that this image from his new children’s book “Once Upon Alaska” has been selected as a winner in Photography Annual 55, and will appear in the July/August 2014 issue of Communication Arts. Communication Arts magazine is a professional journal for those involved in creativity in visual communications. More than 45,000 copies of the July/August issue will be distributed worldwide assuring important exposure to the creators and publishers of these award-winning images. Of the 5,223 entries to the 55th Photography Annual, only 155 were accepted, representing the work of 141 photographers, making the Photography Annual the most exclusive major photography competition in the world.
